What We Believe

Statement of Faith

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, trustworthy and authoritative. It is our foundation for faith, teaching, and daily living.

God

We believe in one eternal God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—the Creator of all things, perfect in holiness, love, wisdom, and power.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead. He ascended into heaven and will return in power and glory.

Salvation

We believe all people have sinned and need God’s forgiveness. Salvation is God’s gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. Through repentance and faith in Him, we are forgiven, made new, and brought into a restored relationship with God.  We do not believe God has determined who will come to faith in Christ without the intervention of the church, but rather, God’s directive has never changed, that we His body are to “Go Tell” from our Jerusalem to the ends of the earth.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit lives within believers, guiding them into truth and empowering them to live godly lives. He gives spiritual gifts to strengthen the church and equip believers to serve others and share the gospel.

The Church

We believe the church is the body of Christ, made up of all who trust in Him as Savior and Lord. We gather for worship, prayer, biblical teaching, fellowship, and service. Our mission is to make disciples and share the love of Jesus locally and throughout the world.

Baptism and Communion

We believe Jesus instructed His followers to practice water baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Baptism publicly declares our faith in Christ, and communion reminds us of His sacrifice and our unity in Him.

Christian Living

We believe following Jesus transforms how we live. We seek to grow in holiness, love our neighbors, care for those in need, forgive others, and honor God in our words and actions.

Prayer

We believe God hears and answers prayer according to His wisdom and will. We bring our needs to Him with faith, trusting His goodness and seeking His guidance in every part of life.

Miracles

We believe the God of yesterday is the same today and forever. He is never limited, never confined and it honors Him to believe He is capable, without limits, to answer any prayer, do any miracle, create, restore, and make new any thing , any where, at any time.

Christ’s Return and Eternal Life

We believe Jesus Christ will return, the dead will be raised, and all people will stand before God. Those who belong to Christ will live eternally with Him; those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God.

Our Unity in Christ

As a non-denominational church, we seek fellowship with all who confess Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We hold firmly to the essential truths of the Christian faith and approach differences on secondary matters with humility, grace, and love.
